Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is an on-site opportunity in Lakeville, Minnesota, focused on attracting, screening, and onboarding candidates to sustain daily operations. The position may require travel to Minnesota as needed and offers an annual compensation of USD 56,000.
Responsibilities
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment activities, including proactive sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify qualified talent and fill staffing needs.
- Draft engaging employment advertisements and determine effective external sources to recruit qualified applicants.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies, such as targeted advertising campaigns, participation in job fairs, and partnerships with schools and programs.
- Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and prepare regular reports for management to support data-driven workforce planning.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicants and related documentation throughout the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Technically proficient with knowledge of social media recruiting best practices, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
- Strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and provide informed recommendations.
