Job Description
Sevita's REM Community Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to source, screen, and hire staff who support daily operations. This on-site role in Duluth, MN concentrates on building diverse candidate pools, shaping recruitment strategies, and guiding new hires through onboarding. Travel within Minnesota may be required, and the position offers a yearly salary of USD 56,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing qualified candidates.
- Review resumes to identify strong applicants.
- Lead candidate interviews.
- Draft employment advertisements and select external channels to attract qualified applicants.
- Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies, including advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships.
- Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and report findings to management.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, maintain confidential employee files, and track applicant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
- Technically proficient with social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
- Strong alignment with Sevita’s mission and values.
- Ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
