Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sunbeam Family Services is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help with seasonal recruiting during a period of increased hiring demand. This in-person role in Oklahoma City partners closely with HR to identify qualified candidates, support screening, and assist with interview scheduling across a range of positions.

As part of a fast-paced recruiting effort, you will move candidates through the selection process using established tools, documentation practices, and recruiting best practices. The position is full-time, offering an hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.00 and an expected 40.0 hours per week.

What you’ll do

• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and related channels
• Review resumes and job applications to screen for fit
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Create analytical, well documented recruiting reports for the broader team

What you bring

• Experience as a recruiter
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with Paycom software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
