Job Description
Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Homeology Real Estate @ Realty ONE Group in Sacramento, CA (hybrid) with a salary range of USD 75,000 - 300,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Screen applications from multiple job boards and call market agents to assess fit.
- Perform daily outreach via calls, texts, emails, social channels, and LinkedIn.
- Manage Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards to attract candidates.
- Re-engage past applicants and leads in the CRM to reactivate opportunities.
- Build warm pipelines and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
- Set appointments with candidates and agents.
- Close appointments and advance qualified candidates through the process.
- Conduct 20–25 minute Zoom screens to evaluate fit and goals.
- Evaluate personality, motivation, culture fit, licensing status, and objectives.
- Filter out poor fits to protect leadership’s time and maintain quality.
- Move qualified candidates through the interview pipeline toward onboarding.
- Schedule in-person office interviews, primarily group sessions with occasional 1-on-1 meetings.
- Send confirmations and reminders to candidates about interviews.
- Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline in the CRM.
- Connect agents with the admin team to initiate onboarding paperwork.
- Track daily, weekly, and yearly recruiting metrics and maintain data integrity in the dashboard.
- Deliver regular daily and weekly recruiting reports to leadership.
- Consistently meet monthly KPIs for screening calls and interviews booked.

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening high-quality real estate agents or people pursuing real estate as a career. This role blends recruiting, relationship-building, sales, and coordination. Ideal candidates are personable and can manage multiple candidate relationships simultaneously. You will review applicants and reach out to other agents to assess fit while focusing on delivering value rather than selling; if it fits, great, if not, that’s fine. Once screened and aligned, you will hand off to an assistant for onboarding and next steps.
Your Primary Mission
- Recruit high-quality new and experienced agents who are motivated to succeed long term.
- Identify hungry agents who want to build exceptional real estate careers, not just fill roles.
- Interview and bring on both new and experienced agents to join the team.
This role is commission only and offers one of the most competitive override structures in the industry for high performers. You should approach the work with accountability, strong communication, curiosity, and a principled, people-focused mindset.
Commission Details
- Qualified Agent signed (new or experienced) = $150 per agent
- Qualified Agent licensed and onboarded (new or experienced; licensing takes ~3 months) = $300 per agent
- Agent that finished our playbook (2 weeks to 2 months typical) = $500 per agent
- Lifetime bonus on each agent's production you brought on
- Top recruiters can earn six figures in overrides; potential to reach $200k–$300k over time
Baseline for This Role
- 77 zooms scheduled per month
- 16 in-person appointments set per month
- 12 in-person appointments met per month
- 7 agents signed on per month
- 4.2 agents licensed and onboarded per month
- 1.3 agents finished with the playbook per month
- Strong, consistent nurturing and relationship-building with agents
Schedule & Availability
- Choose your own hours
- Remote work is possible, with in-person agent meetings 1-2 times per week
