Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for technical and product roles, managing every step from requisition through offer and onboarding (examples include Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers).
• Strategic sourcing to build proactive pipelines of technical talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, X-Ray, and alternative channels.
• Candidate experience as the primary point of contact, ensuring a transparent and positive journey from initial outreach to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior TA partners to understand role requirements, conduct intake sessions, and calibrate target candidate profiles.
• Data and operations: maintain accurate, real-time ATS data and monitor funnel metrics (outreach, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Employer branding and projects: support initiatives like university recruiting, diversity sourcing campaigns, and referral drives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in an agency, high-tech, or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive technical or product talent.
• Solid familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized technical sourcing boards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and provide updates to hiring teams.
• Adaptive, growth-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn complex technical domains and modern recruitment methods.
• Strong organizational agility and attention to detail when managing multiple requisitions and high candidate volumes.
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive problem solving within ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
