Job Description
OPENLANE seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume full-cycle recruitment for sales and sales support roles across Canada, onsite in Carmel, Indiana, partnering with hiring managers to deliver strategic, data-driven recruitment and build pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment by managing the full-cycle process for sales and sales support roles across designated Canadian regions.
- Act as a brand ambassador by building relationships with candidates through social networks, industry connections, referrals, and other sourcing channels as they evolve.
- Ensure regional compliance by aligning job postings, communications, and hiring practices with provincial labor standards and bilingual requirements.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations by partnering with team members and leadership on special projects to sustain strategies that deliver excellent service and meet organizational goals.
- Maintain data integrity and provide reporting on regional metrics such as time to fill, turnover spikes, and bilingual candidate sourcing success for strategic workforce planning.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies, including industry-specific networking and passive outreach, to build pipelines for key roles and reduce reactive fulfillment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by communicating results, setting expectations, and delivering a consistent, positive hiring experience for business leaders.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of success in full-cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on Sales, Sales Support, and other strategic roles.
- Knowledge of Canadian provincial employment law and compliance best practices.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining rapid throughput.
- Solid computer skills, including Google Workspace.
- Experience using Workday.
- Track record of developing partnerships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Comfort with managing multiple and changing priorities.
- A demonstrated desire to learn the specific business needs and success criteria of the organization.

Team and Reporting
- Reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and collaborates daily with all departments of Human Resources, Hiring Partners, and Business Leaders.
