Job Description

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce stability, and a strong employee experience. This onsite, full-time role in Lewiston, ME oversees recruitment strategy, workforce marketing, recruitment analytics, and team performance, with a focus on attracting and retaining top healthcare talent.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads end-to-end recruitment operations and coordinates efforts designed to strengthen hiring outcomes and candidate experience. The role also contributes to workforce planning and staffing initiatives by leveraging recruitment metrics and workforce trends, while supporting employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition programs. A core part of the position includes building recruitment pipelines through partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategies across the organization
  • Coach and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and accountability
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
  • Support employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives
  • Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community groups to strengthen recruitment pipelines
  • Oversee recruitment marketing efforts including job advertising, career fairs, and outreach events
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring standards, and organizational policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience required, including at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment
  • Prior leadership or management experience required
  • Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; PAYCOM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $36.24 - $52.37 (USD) per hour.
