Job Description
Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Critical Skills Talent Pipeline Sourcer to support hiring in Fort Worth, TX with remote flexibility. This role focuses on talent intelligence and research-led sourcing to help TA teams build strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill skill areas across the organization.
In this position, you will partner with TA leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to turn market insights into practical sourcing plans, while maintaining long-term relationships with passive talent. You will also ensure pipeline activity, profiles, and engagement history are accurately captured in the organization’s ATS and CRM.
What you will do
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust ready-now and ready-next pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas.
- Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, Boolean search, professional communities, industry events, and targeted referral campaigns.
- Build and manage segmented talent pools for high priority, niche, and hard-to-fill roles, keeping pipelines refreshed and engagement active.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive talent research to determine target companies, talent concentrations, compensation benchmarks, and candidate personas.
- Provide ongoing insights to TA leadership and hiring managers on talent supply and demand, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skill trends.
- Translate market intelligence into sourcing recommendations that inform workforce planning and hiring timelines.
- Partner with TA leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, headcount forecasts, and evolving skill needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent availability and market conditions for assigned critical skill areas.
- Influence sourcing strategy and hiring expectations through data-backed storytelling and pipeline reporting.
- Develop authentic, long-term relationships through personalized outreach, content sharing, and community engagement.
- Support a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, including for candidates without an active opportunity.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline activity, candidate profiles, and engagement history within the ATS and CRM.
- Track and analyze sourcing KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, time-to-engage, and source-of-hire effectiveness.
- Use AI prompting as it applies to the position.
- Perform candidate sourcing and recruiting activities, conduct interviews, and refer applicants to specific job openings.
- Evaluate employment factors including job experience, education and training, and skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to classification, selection, and referral.
- Work with managers to understand job needs and requirements.
- Surface candidates and develop networks using agencies, recruiting contractors, web-based tools, and other resources.
- Prepare ratings on applicants, provide company information, arrange transportation for selected applicants, extend formal job offers, and coordinate with management and HR to support hiring and onboarding.
