Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help strengthen the clinical workforce by building thoughtful recruiting strategies, partnering with internal teams, and keeping leaders informed through clear pipeline reporting.

What You’ll Do

You will own full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, with a focus on hiring for CNAs, nurses, and other clinical positions. This includes managing screening and assessment steps, coordinating candidate interviews, and ensuring the recruiting process runs smoothly from outreach through selection.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and other clinical positions
• Develop and implement strategies to create and sustain talent pipeline in collaboration with the Marketing Department using online platforms
• Represent Goodwin Living at job fairs and networking events
• Host in-house job fairs and present to students completing their Goodwin Living clinical rotation
• Conduct interviews, screening calls, and candidate assessments
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in recruiting and applicant tracking systems
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership
• Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, provider workforce challenges, and industry best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum two years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, organization, interpersonal work, project management, and communication/presentation
• Advanced computer skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Tools and Platforms

This role uses online platforms and recruiting and applicant tracking systems to support pipeline building, candidate tracking, and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits
