Sr. Recruiting Specialist

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is hiring an experienced Recruiting Specialist for its Talent Acquisition team in Greenville, SC (onsite). This role supports full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, onsite, and project-based needs for a multi-state organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based positions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to reach both active and passive candidates.
• Develop recruiting campaigns, including advertisements and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring.
• Use tools and resources such as applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry resources to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define position requirements.
• Screen, assess, and present candidates for consideration.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity and pipeline health.
• Support university recruiting, including internships, co-op programs, career fairs, and industry events.
• Participate in cross-functional recruiting initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or technical positions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong organization with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience recruiting within the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) industry.
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states and business locations.
• Experience recruiting engineers, designers, project professionals, skilled trades, or industrial construction talent.
