Sourcing Recruiter

Amazon.com Services LLC is expanding its clinical recruiting efforts with One Medical, seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to build candidate pipelines and lead top-of-funnel talent strategies for healthcare providers nationwide. This onsite role in Arlington, VA collaborates with clinical leadership to attract and place providers across in-person and virtual settings, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

Salary: USD 64,800 - 126,100 per year

Minimum experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to achieve a strong offer-to-interview ratio.
• Perform initial phone screens, set expectations for the role and process, and effectively position One Medical.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to craft effective sourcing approaches and manage customer/partner expectations.
• Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that support long-term growth, implementing new processes and refining standard practices aligned with Amazon's customer-first mission.
• Document a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.

Requirements

• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on sourcing (high-volume or low-volume environments).
• Healthcare recruiting experience.

As a member of the Clinical Recruiting team, you will partner with clinical leaders to hire providers who deliver exceptional care to patients both in-office and virtually across the nation. This includes Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, among others. You will own searches for markets nationwide, implement strategies to address hiring challenges, and develop a robust candidate pool through creative sourcing techniques. You will have autonomy and ownership over the recruiting process.
