Skilled Trades Recruiter (Bilingual)

Trade Team USA is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (Bilingual) to build effective hiring pipelines, support candidates and hiring teams, and help qualified talent move through onboarding.

• Provide end-to-end recruiting support, including job posting and follow up, candidate sourcing, screening and selections, and interview scheduling
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
• Deliver sourcing solutions to hiring managers for open vacancies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications across roles to improve candidate sourcing effectiveness
• Actively approach potential candidates using a variety of recruiting systems
• Represent Trade Team at job fairs and local hiring or networking events
• Make job offers and support offer negotiation
• Use established systems to develop and maintain a talent pool of suitable candidates
• Create and sustain a proactive pipeline of talent to support upcoming vacancies
• Identify areas for continuous improvement within recruitment systems and team processes
• Use social media to engage candidates and promote opportunities
• Ensure candidates are actively managed through the process with a positive hiring experience
• Provide backup support during pre-hire onboarding by scheduling required pre hire drug/alcohol testing and/or additional client-required testing
• Assist with new hire orientation
• Stay current on local market knowledge and recruitment practices
• Monitor and report recruitment activity on a weekly basis

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and industries, such as manufacturing, industrial, or marine
• Preferred: fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, process flow and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with social media recruiting, job boards, and professional networking sites
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation & Work Location

• Salary range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year
• Location: Mobile, AL (onsite)
• On-site expectation for this role
• Office hours are slightly flexible for a salaried schedule; ideal expectation is 7:30am to 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch
• Cell phone will be provided, or a discussion of a reasonable phone allowance for use of personal device
