Join Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Columbus, OH for a role that prioritizes people. This Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full life cycle recruiting to support firm-wide strategies, working onsite from Columbus, OH. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $105,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for professional technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, preparing and presenting offers, and onboarding
  • Partner with management and HR team members to assess and fulfill recruitment needs with top industry talent
  • Maintain up-to-date intelligence on candidate market, industry staffing trends and top sourcing channels
  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline of core skillsets through identification and consistent leveraging of key sourcing channels
  • Support optimization of social media communication channels to drive recruitment strategy and expand brand reach
  • Compile and update reports of key talent acquisition metrics
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree related to HR is a plus
  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience within professional services preferred
  • Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within groups
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates sound judgement capability
