Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing plans.
- Lead candidate-generation efforts using innovative sourcing methods and market research.
- Oversee the candidate pipeline by building and maintaining a broad network of potential hires.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.
- Screen, interview, and assemble a high-quality slate of candidates within designated timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment and for executive level positions.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
