GTM Technical Recruiter

Experis is hiring a GTM Technical Recruiter to strengthen Go-to-Market recruiting inside the Talent Acquisition department. This role focuses on full-cycle hiring for GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture positions, with a 100% onsite work setup in Seattle, WA.

The successful recruiter will run end-to-end searches, partner with leaders and hiring managers, and use a mix of sourcing methods to attract strong technical and GTM talent. The pay range for this hourly position is USD 40 to 45 per hour, and the role requires 5+ years of relevant corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Support hiring across GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture teams.
• Use multiple sourcing approaches, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and track external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build long-term candidate networks and help influence best practices for job descriptions and messaging.
• Own recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to support pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience in a GTM and technical environment.
• Experience managing, prioritizing, and delivering multiple searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and achieve SLAs effectively.
