Job Description

Onsite role in Fontana, CA focused on driver recruiting, safety and compliance, and fleet support for California Delivery Services.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers
  • Conduct driver qualification file reviews
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and drug testing
  • Process new hire paperwork and orientation
  • Maintain FMCSA and DOT compliance
  • Manage Driver Qualification (DQ) Files
  • Monitor ELD and Hours of Service compliance
  • Conduct driver coaching and corrective actions
  • Track annual MVRs, medical cards, and license renewals
  • Assist with DOT audits and inspections
  • Review accident and incident reports
  • Monitor CSA scores and safety metrics
  • Coordinate training programs
  • Support fleet safety initiatives and compliance programs

Requirements

  • SAMSARA knowledge is a plus
  • Transportation industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and Hours of Service regulations
  • Experience with driver recruiting and onboarding
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Experience with ELD systems (Samsara experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
