Recruiting Specialist
Job Description
Recruiting Specialist in MORryde's Employee Services Department handles end-to-end manufacturing recruitment from advertising to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates
- Review and refresh job postings across multiple platforms
- Screen and interview candidates for production roles
- Coordinate communication and scheduling of on-site interviews with hiring managers
- Initiate, track, and verify electronic onboarding for new hires
- Build a candidate pipeline to fill openings promptly as they arise
- Foster positive experiences for prospective and current MORryde team members
- Plan and execute employee engagement events
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Highest degree of integrity when handling confidential information and data
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to quickly learn a variety of data systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Customer service orientation and team player mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
