Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join JSET Automated Technologies in Columbus, OH, onsite, and contribute to a growth-minded team focused on industrial construction. This full-cycle recruiting role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent for both field and office positions and supports a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll play a key part in shaping our recruitment presence and aligning talent with our growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Operations Manager in managing end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles, from posting and sourcing through the offer stage.
• Work with hiring managers to clearly understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct screening conversations and coordinate interviews with relevant teams.
• Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Track hiring activity using the ATS and other recruiting tools to maintain visibility and accuracy.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a clean handoff to HR or field leadership teams.
• Represent JSET’s brand and culture in the market and at recruiting events.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and hiring policies.
• Help design scalable recruiting strategies to support the company as it grows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• High attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
• A people-first mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
