Responsibilities
- Serve as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leaders, crafting innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill leadership roles and other positions
- Demonstrate ability to generate leads and build candidate pipelines through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
- Facilitate scoping sessions for difficult-to-fill roles and create marketing-ready job specifications
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and continuously seek industry knowledge to stay current on standards and competitive dynamics
- Manage the employment process in accordance with policy
- Assume a leadership role within the department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Associates degree in Business Administration required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PHR or other HR certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience in a search firm and/or clinical/non-clinical healthcare recruitment setting
- In-depth sourcing experience using different sourcing methods, databases, and cold calling
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong Boolean search knowledge and ability to create search strings; prior sourcing experience supporting multiple functions and business units; strong social media sourcing experience required
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and allocate time between positions
- Project management skills required
- Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
