Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter
Job Description
Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter to support full-time hiring needs through a contract role in Pico Rivera, CA. This on-site position focuses on sourcing and selecting qualified talent, coordinating the hiring workflow, and partnering with hiring managers to align candidates with staffing requirements.
The recruiter will work onsite and help keep the process running efficiently, including interviews, candidate database management, and participation in recruiting events.
Role Overview
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Manage the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Attend job fairs
- Maintain candidate databases
Required Qualifications
- Recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills
- Candidate screening and selection abilities
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience with payroll
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable transportation required
- Detail-oriented approach
Schedule and Location
- Work setting: In person (onsite)
- Hours of operation: 10am to 7:30pm
- Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Compensation
- Pay rate: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (DOE)
- Contract type: Full-time contract
