Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, understanding employer priorities, conducting outreach and interviews, referring qualified candidates, and advancing the hiring process.
• Obtain and input job posting information from employers as needed.
• Focus on recruiting, screening, and referring qualified candidates to WorkInTexas.com postings and driving the hiring process to closure.
• Assist candidates in improving WorkInTexas.com applications and resumes.
• Leverage alternate candidate sources and explore creative methods to fill postings.
• Engage in networking with business associations, educational institutions, and industry groups to expand the candidate pool.
• Communicate with employers to discuss needs, fill open Job Postings, and solicit feedback on service.
• Provide ongoing service to employers with open postings in WorkInTexas.com, maintaining adequate referral activity.
• Communicate employer feedback to career office staff to inform candidate development.
• May arrange and monitor scheduling and logistics for employer interviews, onsite hiring events, and jobsite activities.
• Document work and activity in WorkInTexas.com as required.
