Recruiter, Business & Operations

Zoox is hiring a versatile Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for core business functions while also supporting technical and on-the-ground operations hiring needs. This onsite role in Foster City, CA combines hands-on sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview facilitation, and closing to ensure hiring teams have the right talent.

In this position, you will guide the full-cycle recruiting process, strengthen alignment with hiring managers, and advocate for candidates through each stage.

What You’ll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering effective candidate advocacy.
• Source candidates, review resumes, and evaluate candidates for both technical fit and behavioral alignment.
• Coordinate interview and hiring decision workflows with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership.
• Own the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams to drive candidate closure.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience and recruiting process through independent, ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening, and closing.
• Ability to flex into technical recruiting, with aptitude for hiring hardware, engineering, or on-the-ground operations roles such as manufacturing and fleet.
• Experience working directly with Hiring Managers to support talent acquisition and assess behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Strong capability in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods (such as Gem, portfolio platforms, or industry meetups).
• Aptitude for learning new industry specifics, evolving technologies, and the teams supported.
• Proven track record of delivering results and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in the autonomous and/or electric vehicle industry.
• Expertise using an ATS (Zoox uses Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.

Compensation

USD 123,000 - 167,000 per year

Location: Foster City, CA (onsite)
