Recruiter, Amazon University Talent Acquisition

Amazon University Talent Acquisition seeks a recruiter to lead early career hiring at scale. The role partners with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and the AUTA program to attract student talent and drive recruiting outcomes across Amazon.

Responsibilities

Key duties include collaborating across teams to align with student hiring needs and building scalable processes for attraction, sourcing, assessment, and placement in niche roles.

• Collaborate with business units and recruiting teams across Amazon to define student hiring requirements.
• Create and implement inventive strategies to attract, source, evaluate, and recruit students for specialized roles across the company.
• Identify enhancements to candidate experience and optimize interview scheduling efficiency.
• Oversee candidate and campus data, consolidate results, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with long-term growth goals, implement new processes, and establish standard operating procedures that align with Amazon's commitment to high-quality customer results.
• Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to craft an early career talent strategy.
• Manage expectations and business objectives through biweekly reviews, providing metric updates and status reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Design a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and scalable tracking mechanisms.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives, including pilots and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications and experience for this role include the following:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing candidate sourcing and closing strategies
• At least 2 years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume environments with a high hiring bar
