Recruiter

Denis Development Coaching Services seeks self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to support hiring needs and grow a strong talent pipeline in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers, and small-to-midsized business owners to proactively identify, promote, and fulfill hiring needs
• Use multiple sourcing channels, including social media and employment websites
• Support recruiting outcomes focused on attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified candidates while building a pipeline
• Complete daily leads tasks plus participate in training and coaching provided with growth opportunities
• Engage with clients across multiple industries to align candidate recruiting efforts with hiring demand

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded
• Dedicated and hardworking with strong time management, persistence, and follow-through
• Comfortable cold calling candidates and C-suite executives seeking top talent
• Sales and customer service experience
• Coachable, with willingness to learn

• 1099 Commission: $55,000-$105,000.00
