Recruiter

The Cielo Recruiter in Grand Forks, ND onsite owns a high-touch recruiting process focused on service excellence and proactive communication throughout the cycle.

Responsibilities

• Run in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm position specifications, supported by relevant market data and practical recommendations.
• Work with internal stakeholders and departments to design, launch, and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Review and assess candidate profiles against role requirements, producing strong candidate slates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate engagement by providing timely, clear updates on recruiting progress and next steps.
• Partner with hiring leaders to shape offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience: Proven success in recruiting within a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Recruitment technology familiarity: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• HR knowledge: Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
