This Recruiter role at Real Time Acquisitions (RTA) is an in-person opportunity focused on meeting motivated people in the community and helping them move into successful team members. The position is community-based and active, not a desk-based, resume-waiting role.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter for Real Time Acquisitions (RTA), you will meet new people, start conversations, and identify potential candidates. Your work centers on connecting motivated individuals to the opportunities with RTA and supporting the process from initial interest through scheduled interviews and onward to successful team integration.

Weekly Compensation

Compensation for this onsite role ranges from USD 900 to 1,400 per week.

Location

The role is onsite in Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Meet new people and initiate conversations
• Find potential candidates
• Generate interest in available opportunities
• Schedule interviews
• Support the transition of motivated people into successful team members
• Engage with the community and meet people in person
