Recruiter

Endeavor is hiring a Recruiter in Chicago, IL (onsite) to lead hiring for engineers, product professionals, and technical leaders. This role is end-to-end, with a focus on building a recruiting experience where candidates feel respected and well informed throughout the process. You will partner closely with hiring managers and help shape how the team runs searches from outreach through signed offers.

What you’ll do

You will own searches from initial outreach through signed offer, coordinating the full recruiting motion and keeping progress moving. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to align on needs, priorities, and timing. A key part of the job is ensuring that every candidate, whether hired or not, leaves the process feeling respected and informed.

• Lead searches end-to-end, including sourcing and outreach
• Collaborate with hiring managers to run efficient, aligned evaluations
• Ensure candidate experience stays respectful and transparent

What you bring

• 1–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to technical roles (agency or in-house both count)
• Empathy for candidates and a thoughtful approach to communication
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and curiosity to continuously improve
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication
• Strong organization to manage active searches and follow-ups
• Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace, including a bias toward building process instead of waiting for it
• Growth mindset

Compensation

$65,000 – $95,000 per year.
