Job Description

This onsite Recruiter role supports Gulfside Healthcare Services in Land O' Lakes, FL with full lifecycle recruitment and proactive talent sourcing, working Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at the Corporate Resource Center.

Responsibilities

  • Owns all sourcing operations, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative resources to identify qualified candidates.
  • Develops proactive relationships with hiring managers and candidates to streamline recruitment.
  • Minimizes legal risk by applying current employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborates with the HR team to oversee Position Control.
  • Ensures job postings are accurate and published promptly with proactive language.
  • Works with the Public Relations Department to leverage social media for attracting applicants.
  • Expands candidate pipelines by researching and engaging community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online sources.
  • Plans and participates in internal and community outreach events, including hiring events, to showcase available positions.
  • Creates and maintains internal job notifications for internal candidates and transfers.
  • Conducts intake interviews with hiring managers at posting to confirm role understanding and sourcing opportunities.
  • Evaluates applicants and conducts pre-screening as needed or requested.
  • Performs assessments during initial candidate interviews and shares findings with the hiring manager.
  • Assists with scheduling interviews as requested.
  • Communicates organization information, opportunities, and benefits to potential candidates.
  • Prepares a recommended salary for Director approval and drafts offer letters.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of the organization’s benefits offerings.
  • Maintains a clear understanding of the organizational structure and current positions.
  • Contributes to the success of the Human Resources Department's goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five years of full cycle recruitment experience, including at least two years in healthcare recruitment.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • HR certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SPC, SHRM-PC, or related credentials preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging sourcing techniques, systems, and operations, with familiarity of Position Control functions preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of HR and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, UKG preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional communication skills for interactions across all levels of the organization and with candidates.
