Job Description
YES Acquisitions Inc seeks an on-site Recruiter in Dublin, OH to lead full-cycle recruitment for sales professionals across Ontario and Quebec, building a strong talent pipeline and coordinating job postings and interviews for YESA.
Overview
This role focuses on attracting and securing top sales talent while supporting YESA’s growth in Ohio, Ontario, and Quebec. Compensation details include a base salary and commission potential, with a listed pay range that reflects overall annual earnings.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000; Commission/bonuses: $20,000-$30,000. Total annual pay range listed as $55,000-$90,000.
Responsibilities
- Create, publish and manage job postings on multiple boards, notably Indeed and LinkedIn, to source candidates for interview.
- Review applicants from job boards, reach out to qualified candidates, screen for fit, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct on-site and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualities and skills, ensuring a positive candidate experience and validating key qualifications.
- Collaborate with the existing team and support new hires while fostering referrals to strengthen the sales workforce.
Requirements
- Candidates should bring full-cycle recruitment experience and a track record in recruitment or sales within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sales, ideally in high-growth or large, workforce-driven companies.
- Proven history of recruiting high-quality candidates who contributed to team growth, or consistent sales success with targets met and revenue impact.
- Demonstrated ability to identify talent and nurture candidates into appropriate roles.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting, with the change inherent to a young, growing company.
- Strong communication skills for finding and qualifying candidates.
- Creative, proactive approach with a focus on continual improvement.
