Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool through social media channels, campus outreach, and targeted sourcing.
• Manage applicant tracking system pipelines efficiently to move candidates through the hiring process.
• Lead structured interviews to assess qualifications and fit for industrial roles.
• Support HR sourcing initiatives by leveraging social media tools and proactive outreach to connect with potential candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven recruiting experience.
• Industrial experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Bullhorn experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit industrial trades personnel.
• Excellent communication skills.
