Lead Recruiter

PalAmerican Security Group is hiring a Lead Recruiter to manage regional talent acquisition execution onsite in Tukwila, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional recruiting strategies aligned to operational needs and growth projections.
• Oversee recruiting budget management to help optimize cost-per-hire through multiple sourcing channels.
• Lead recruiting for specialized, hard-to-fill roles, including SG&A, supervisory, and management positions.
• Own recruitment planning and execution for new location startup efforts, using sourcing approaches tailored to readiness from day one.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 High Volume Recruiters to meet hiring volume and quality objectives.
• Run pipeline reviews and provide real-time coaching to sustain team productivity.
• Ensure hiring processes remain in compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting delivering 500+ hires annually.
• Strong analytical skills to use recruiting data for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital recruiting tools.
• Ability to travel regionally (15–25%) to support operations and new site startups.

• Pay: USD 36 per hourly
