Junior Talent Recruiter

The Junior Talent Recruiter supports the full recruitment lifecycle for the Princeville, HI property, working with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop a reliable, diverse pipeline. This onsite role centers on creating an exceptional candidate experience consistent with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars.

Role Overview

The Junior Talent Recruiter leads and manages all aspects of recruiting for the property. The position involves partnering with leaders across departments to anticipate staffing requirements, then executing recruiting activities to attract talent that aligns with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars. A key focus of the role is delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for the property
• Partner closely with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
• Build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience preferably within hospitality, luxury service, or high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles (preferred)
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners
• Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Location and Compensation

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year
