Randstad is seeking an experienced Industrial Branch Recruiter for its onsite team in City of Industry, CA.

Own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for industrial roles, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
Create and execute sourcing plans using social media recruitment marketing, ATS tools, job boards, cold calling, and local networking events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and local trade schools and educational institutions.
Support candidate orientation and assist with employee evaluation processes.
Contribute to workforce retention efforts for the industrial branch.
Ensure hiring and employment practices comply with federal and California employment laws.
Track applicants and streamline recruiting workflows using ATS and HR systems (including UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing).
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring, high-demand industrial positions.

Prior experience in high-volume industrial or manufacturing recruitment is required.
Proven history delivering full-cycle, high-volume recruiting results in an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software, such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing.
In-depth knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance standards.
Experience with social media recruiting, candidate lead generation, and targeted talent mapping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong negotiation ability.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
