Recruiting Specialist (A0851)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support hiring for light industrial and skilled trades roles in Chardon, OH. This onsite position centers on proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, and helping both candidates and clients connect through long-term recruiting relationships.

Role Overview

You will attract and place candidates by building pipelines ahead of hiring needs, identifying qualified talent across multiple channels, and working toward recruiting and placement targets. The position also involves matching candidates to opportunities aligned with their skills and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and attract top talent for light industrial and skilled trades positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines before hiring needs arise
• Source candidates through social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and recruiting platforms
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Match candidates to opportunities that fit their skills and goals
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and employees
• Consistently meet recruiting and placement goals

Required Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong computer proficiency and typing skills
• Experience using ATS and recruiting software
• Comfortable utilizing Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation and Benefits
