HR Recruiter & Scheduler
Job Description
The HR Recruiter and Scheduler role supports the recruitment of caregivers, staffing and scheduling for assigned patients, and maintaining documentation and compliance within Zenith Home Care Agency’s software. This position requires home care experience, recruiting expertise, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit caregivers and manage onboarding paperwork.
- Allocate and schedule caregivers for designated patients.
- Record notes and updates in the agency software.
- Contact caregivers and patients to confirm attendance.
- Document and report incidents to management.
- Maintain accurate caregiver schedules within the software.
- Adhere to Zenith Home Care Agency guidelines and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate motivation to resolve issues affecting patients or caregivers.
- Keep schedules current with team changes and communicate updates for weekend, holiday, and vacation coverage.
- Upload documents into the software system.
- Provide daily activity updates to the supervisor.
- Correspond with client insurance via email or fax.
- Deliver strong customer service through telephone etiquette and prompt email responses.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Maintain strong communication skills and a drive to contribute to the office's growth.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Remain proactive and flexible in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of home care experience is required.
- Two years of recruiting experience is required.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Motivated and determined to grow the office.
- Team player who can work well with others and independently.
- Proactive.
- Flexible.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
