Job Description
Resort & Casino in Spokane, WA is seeking an on-site High Volume Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, highly regulated hospitality environment. This 24/7 operation demands timely communication, meticulous process discipline, and the ability to manage a large number of requisitions with consistency. The role offers an hourly compensation range of USD 22 to 25.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, review applicants, perform structured pre-screen interviews, coordinate interviews, prepare and process offers, onboard new hires, and provide timely communication to non-selected candidates.
- Independently manage multiple active requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements including transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to sustain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Requirements
- College degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruitment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting high-volume recruiting workflows.
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Airway Heights, WA, supporting a 24/7 operation.
