Job Description
Titan Medical Group is expanding its recruiting team in Omaha, Nebraska, with a focus on placing travel nurses across the United States. This on-site, high-activity role operates in a fast-paced, phone-driven sales environment and offers uncapped earning potential along with a clear path to career growth. The position centers on recruiting, interviewing, and aligning qualified healthcare professionals with open assignments nationwide.
Compensation
Salary: USD 45,000 - 150,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Recruit and place Travel Nurses across the U.S.
- Make 80–90 outbound calls daily (calls, texts, email)
- Interview candidates and match them to open jobs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Sales or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
- Solid work history
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
