Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified candidates for physician and Advanced Practice Provider roles
• Build relationships with providers via phone, email outreach, and social media
• Conduct proactive outreach and cold calls to establish connections with providers
• Utilize VMS platforms, ATS systems, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and online resources to identify, track, and monitor prospective providers
• Collaborate with support teams to guide candidates through licensing, credentialing, certifications, education, references, malpractice evaluation, background verification, and travel arrangements
• Manage multiple job requests concurrently while delivering an excellent candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of physician and Advanced Practice Provider healthcare recruiting experience with knowledge of the locum industry
• Recent experience in physician and APP healthcare recruiting within the past year
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize workload
• Experience using various ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Gmail, and Mac-based products
• Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting production targets
• Team player mindset, innovative, determined, and goal oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive industry
• Shows urgency and adherence to hard deadlines
