Responsibilities
- Post job openings and monitor candidate flow and interview activity
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers across multiple locations
- Support management of a 50-80 openings pipeline at any given time
- Oversee full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions
- Pre-screen, forward, and follow up on resumes to Hiring Managers
- Track and coordinate testing and professional reference checks
- Prepare and present new hire offers and internal offers for promotions or transfers
- Submit and track pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and physicals
- Assist the recruitment team in meeting overall hiring goals
- Participate in special projects such as recruiting initiatives and team campaigns
- Coordinate scheduling of recruiting meetings, new hire orientation, job fairs, and open houses; collaborate with marketing on event collateral
- Provide customer service and support to employees as part of the HR function
- Contribute to special HR assignments and projects
- Fulfill other duties as directed by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years in healthcare or nurse recruiting
- Experience handling a high volume desk and functioning well under pressure
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact effectively by email and telephone with internal and external stakeholders
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities
- Ability to take initiative and proactively propose solutions in a team setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A genuine interest in a career path within recruiting or human resources
