Responsibilities
- Review resumes to identify relevant skills and qualifications
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview scheduling for hiring managers
- Solicit feedback from hiring managers and assist with the offer process
- Utilize the designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates throughout the process
- Source and engage quality passive candidates via networking sites, search engines, and databases
- Schedule intake meetings and regular check-ins with hiring managers to align on requirements and strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and monitor recruitment plans and results
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders
- Provide exceptional service to candidates and partnership leaders
- Support leadership to set recruitment goals aligned with client expectations and SLAs
- Ensure recruitment goals and metrics are consistently met
- Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and account process improvements
- Proactively flag at-risk positions and escalate as needed
- Complete weekly reporting for partnership contacts as required
- Occasional travel to client sites, conferences, and recruiting events
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience identifying and reaching out to top talent through cold outreach and sourcing strategies
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques to discover candidates
- Ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships
- Proactive problem solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to learn new technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- In-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday
