Job Description

JND is seeking an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Partner on-site in Plano, TX to specialize in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling. The role supports recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating interviews, travel, and candidate communications while maintaining HRIS records and new-hire documentation. The position offers an hourly rate of USD 33 to 37, with opportunities to gain exposure in a global industry context.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to execute coordination efforts for specific business units
  • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews; work with executive and management-level candidates and hiring managers
  • Arrange travel logistics and interview agendas for candidates
  • Draft and extend offer letters and new hire documents to selected hires
  • Regularly update candidate records, job postings, and hiring information in the HRIS
  • Handle candidate interview expense reports
  • Communicate all employee referral information related to their candidate
  • Provide follow-up new hire correspondence to candidates via phone and email
  • Execute background checks and complete reviews, collecting supporting documentation as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Pull and create reports for the Recruiting Manager on a regular basis
  • Visually screen applicants to generate a short list for the Recruiting Manager
  • Assist in process improvement projects across the department and build relationships with multiple HR counterparts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years' experience in a recruiting support environment
  • Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
  • Experience creating reports in Excel and reviewing resumes for alignment with job descriptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; articulate communication style
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with executive stakeholders, candidates, and internal partners
  • Strong problem solving skills; able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
