Build and expand pipelines of CDL-A driver candidates across multiple channels
Actively promote opportunities and recruit drivers through various advertising methods
Track and nurture candidate pipelines, maintaining records and generating leads
Partner with Social Media Coordinator to design campaigns across print, digital, and social formats
Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for driver candidates
Handle inbound inquiries from interested candidates
Coordinate interviews, medical exams, drug screens, and related logistics for applicants
Conduct pre-employment checks, including MVR and DAC reports
Support onboarding for newly hired drivers
Dispatch and coordinate a fleet of professional drivers, collaborating with operations to ensure safe, on-time freight delivery
Build one-on-one connections with drivers to reinforce a team-oriented culture
Assign drivers to efficient routes to meet deadlines
Monitor driver safety and conduct, applying discipline when necessary
Communicate with customers via email and phone to schedule pickups and deliveries and provide updates

Bachelor's degree in communication or business-related field preferred
Strong ability to relate to and communicate with drivers
