Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Raleigh-based KEA Contracting seeks a bilingual construction recruiter and sales professional to recruit employees and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified construction staff for open roles.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
• Travel within North Carolina on a periodic basis.
• Demonstrate solid computer literacy and use of relevant tools.
• Multitask effectively in a fast paced setting.
• Operate successfully in a dynamic, fast paced industry.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Computer literate
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced industry
• Willingness to travel within the state periodically
• Valid driver's license
• On-site work location
