Job Description
Raleigh-based KEA Contracting seeks a bilingual construction recruiter and sales professional to recruit employees and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified construction staff for open roles.
- Support sales efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
- Travel within North Carolina on a periodic basis.
- Demonstrate solid computer literacy and use of relevant tools.
- Multitask effectively in a fast paced setting.
- Operate successfully in a dynamic, fast paced industry.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Computer literate
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced industry
- Willingness to travel within the state periodically
- Valid driver's license
- On-site work location
