Job Description

Own end-to-end recruiting for field-focused hiring, supporting hiring goals through coordinated screening, selection, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full life cycle recruiting and employment coordination, including onboarding support, assessments, disciplinary actions, and transfer coordination for field employees
  • Manage requisitions: assess job specifications, define screening questions, and determine candidate interview approaches
  • Screen applicants, evaluate skill level and role fit, and route candidates to the appropriate next steps
  • Coordinate sourcing, interviews, offer activities, and scheduling for drug tests and background screenings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools to support an employee pipeline and provide educational support for internal programs
  • Participate in career fairs, sourcing events, and other recruiting projects
  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager to develop recruiting strategy for assigned projects
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to align on hiring goals, priorities, and needs
  • Attend recruitment events, job fairs, and conferences as needed
  • Maintain and process employee and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
  • Complete operational and administrative hire process tasks, including background checks, setting up drug screens and health screens, and I-9 & E-Verify compliance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support successful operations and business continuity

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
  • Successful completion of any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s)
  • Proficiency in spoken English
  • In-person, predictable attendance required

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of human resource management and/or progressive talent acquisition experience required
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Paycom experience highly desirable
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Work Location & Schedule

  • Ponca City, OK (onsite)
  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Less than 25% travel required
  • Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends depending on job demands
