Job Description
Robins Financial Credit Union offers a benefits-forward Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Warner Robins, GA. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to shape talent acquisition strategies that align with current and anticipated needs.
- Design and execute sourcing plans that attract both active and passive candidates and cultivate pipelines for critical and specialized roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruiting best practices, labor market insights, and hiring approaches.
- Assess talent acquisition trends, technologies, and sourcing methods to continuously improve outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, facilitate communications, and support offer development.
- Develop recruiting resources and tools to support consistent and effective hiring practices.
- Build and sustain partnerships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, professional associations, and community partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Represent the Credit Union at recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Marketing to enhance the employment brand and support internship and early career initiatives.
- Serve as the functional owner of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), optimizing workflows, reporting, and adoption by hiring managers.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and labor market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement process improvements that boost recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, or a related recruiting role.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and recruiting for professional, specialized, technical, or leadership positions.
- Experience developing talent pipelines, employer branding initiatives, or community recruiting partnerships.
- Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition principles, recruiting best practices, and employment laws related to recruitment and selection.
- Knowledge of workforce trends, labor market research, candidate pipeline development, and employment branding strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms, and other recruiting technologies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing organizational priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
