This on-site role in the Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV offices supports the Southwest Retail network, guiding the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent at all levels. Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager by partnering with Store Leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across all levels.
• Engage in the full recruitment process, from assessing needs to creating job postings, sourcing, pipeline development, market mapping, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.

• Consultative support to the business, along with operational and administrative tasks.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the Retail population.
