Job Description

Louis Vuitton Americas invites a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Southwest Region. This on-site role in the Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV offices supports the Southwest Retail network, guiding the full recruitment cycle to attract and hire top talent at all levels. The position offers a base salary of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, plus the potential for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager by partnering with Store Leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across all levels.
  • Engage in the full recruitment process, from assessing needs to creating job postings, sourcing, pipeline development, market mapping, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in fast-paced and diverse environments.
  • Consultative support to the business, along with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the Retail population.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • Resourceful and proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence store leaders and meet tight deadlines.

Position

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an ambitious, innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Southwest Region and support the Southwest Retail network. The TA Specialist will be on-site at regional offices in Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV.
