Job Description

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for assigned business areas, with a focus on early and mid-career professionals. This hybrid role is based in Acton, MA, with remote options, and offers a salary range of USD 66,030 to 92,440 per year.

You will serve as a recruiting process expert and talent advisor, partnering with HR and business leaders to shape a positive candidate experience and support company growth through inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top talent.
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to proactively identify and screen high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the business to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to support growth and increase diversity at all levels.
  • Oversee the candidate experience, solicit feedback, and communicate status to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build relationships across the region; meet regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to plan and execute talent needs.
  • Execute a compliant recruiting process with passive candidates, while managing positions and candidates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Review and recommend process improvements to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates using referrals, boards, internet, social media, industry and community organizations to build a strong talent pool.
  • Stay informed about external marketplace and industry trends and share recommendations for consideration.
  • May participate in other recruitment-based programs, including diversity initiatives, student outreach, immigration, and manager training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (required).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability (required).
  • Ability to travel as needed (required).
