Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be based onsite in Metairie, LA, handling full-cycle recruiting for ENFRA across corporate, craft, skilled trade, and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruiting strategies
  • Source and recruit candidates for corporate and craft / skilled trade positions across all divisions
  • Manage internal and external candidate communication to maintain ENFRA’s employer reputation
  • Research and utilize sourcing tools to pursue active and passive job seekers
  • Work across markets based on company needs and new geographical opportunities
  • Create and execute sourcing plans; generate reports for weekly management reviews
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
  • Learn about the company, projects, and bid opportunities to promote growth and opportunity
  • Network and build relationships to foster ongoing referral pipelines
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines in the company database for each business unit
  • Document applicant reviews and feedback in the ATS; communicate findings with recruiting/HR and hiring supervisors
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience, or 6+ years of verifiable corporate recruiting experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment
  • Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage recruiting resources such as job boards, social media, and web crawlers
  • Ability to recruit on a national level for positions across regional offices and multiple project sites
  • Willingness to participate in all recruiting functions from job opening through onboarding, including requisition approvals, job descriptions and question sets, database checks, ad placement, screening, interviewing, testing, feedback collection, new hire packets, and orientations
  • Strong interviewing skills with familiarity in video or panel interview formats
  • Ability to prioritize needs, adapt to changing requirements, and accept constructive feedback
  • Maintain confidential compensation information and selection details
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry knowledge and awareness of competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary

  • 20% of time traveling to job site(s) or office locations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UKG
  • Experience recruiting in the construction and/or engineering industry
