Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, managing the process from sourcing through onboarding.
Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, efficient tracking and detailed notes.
Coordinate selection steps including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.
Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms.
Coordinate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding so new hires begin with momentum.
Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team and support a positive candidate experience throughout each stage.
Step in when needed to take on additional tasks and special projects that improve recruiting and team performance.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
Proven success partnering with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
Energetic, people-centric approach with strong professionalism in first impressions and candidate interactions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
