Job Description

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for a designated business function, delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring partners. This onsite role is based at the World Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA, with an option to base in Conshohocken, PA, and centers on providing strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, onboarding, and beyond, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every candidate and partner.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker on candidate qualification, using structured evaluation and deep understanding of role requirements to determine advancement.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, guiding on candidate quality, market realities, and effective hiring approaches.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities, including posting plans, targeted outreach, and proactive pipeline development.
  • Provide ongoing market insights—talent availability, competitive intelligence, and compensation trends—to influence decisions and long-term workforce planning.
  • Recommend and adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs to consistently deliver top talent.
  • Evaluate candidates rigorously against role requirements, competencies, and attributes needed for long-term success at Lutron.
  • Facilitate structured decision-making by guiding hiring teams through candidate debriefs, ensuring alignment and timely resolution on status.
  • Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on effective selection techniques, behavioral interviewing, and consistent evaluation standards.
  • Leverage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate pipelines, ensure timely progression of candidates, and monitor funnel health to meet targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices across recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance and data integrity in all recruiting activities, upholding data privacy standards and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication, transparency, and professionalism at every stage.
  • Craft compelling, high-impact job descriptions that reflect role expectations, team culture, and success factors.
  • Represent Lutron at select career events, applying strong communication skills and cultural insight to attract top talent.
  • Lead offer development and delivery to ensure competitive, equitable, and timely offers aligned with guidelines and market expectations.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with new hires to support a smooth transition into the Lutron community and a positive onboarding experience.
  • Uphold a high standard of talent quality and cultural alignment in all hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned, or 10 years of professional experience post academics.
  • Willingness to travel to key sites to deepen partnerships and strengthen stakeholder alignment.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • A combination of agency and in-house corporate recruiting experience is preferred.
